Marvin's Bio
Marvin has been a student of Movement sciences for over 20 years beginning with a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science, a MS in Kinesiology, and is a licensed massage therapist. Through his education and training, Marvin has gained experience in massage and other manual therapies, strength and conditioning, neuromuscular training, postural re-education, natural movement fitness, kinesiology taping, and pain science. Marvin’s unique combination of education and massage licensure allow him to provide manual therapies for soft-tissue injury and musculoskeletal pain, while also providing corrective exercises to restore function to these once painful areas. His personal experiences as a runner and working with runners/triathletes has allowed him to further develop his expertise in efficient recovery programming. He believes fitness requires only one thing: focused intentional training.

Hobbies
I like to run fast and lift odd objects. These days, I'm interested in parkour and martial movements and how I can apply those concepts to my movement practice. I prefer the beach over the mountains and love vacationing with my family.
